Meet the Team...
Felicity Groves - Managing Director
Little Foxes has been Felicity's life since her daughter was born in 2002 and she could not find the childcare she would have liked in the area. Leaving her job as Social Worker in 2005 and after a long journey she opened Little Foxes Nursery in 2006. Felicity is very proud of all of the team and what they have been able to create at Little Foxes.
Vanessa Bamford - Finance Director
Vanessa joined Little Foxes in January 2008. She has worked tirelessley with Felicity to enable the growth into the new preschool and expanded Foxes Den. A mum herself, both her children attend Little Foxes and love it! With a wealth of financial experience from many sectors her vision for the business has already proved her invaluable to the team.
Tanya Riches - Childcare Manager
Tanya Riches is the Childcare Manager responsible for the birth to three year olds and was employed as the Nursery Manager before Little Foxes was even built! She has had the pleasure of seeing it grow and develop. Tanya has a BTEC National Diploma in childcare (level 3), a Diploma in Social Work and a certificate in leadership. She has a huge amount of experience working with children and families in a variety of settings and is currently undertaking her NVQ level 5 in Management
Nicky Fabian - Childcare Manager
Nicky has been with with Little Foxes since the very beginning and we are delighted that she has recently been promoted to Childcare Manager from Deputy Manager. Nicky has a sunny disposition and is loved by the children and staff alike. With a BTEC National Diploma in Childcare and a wealth of experience, Nicky has previously worked at other childcare settings in the UK and overseas
Kerry Packman - Room Leader
Kerry has been with Little Foxes since October 2006 and a Room Leader since June 2007. She previously worked at another Preschool setting for 8 years. Through the Early Years Foundation Principles she promotes learning through play. Areas include encouraging self esteem and independence, building positive relationships and supporting every child within the preschool environment. Kerry gained her NVQ3 in Sept 2006 and is now embarking on a foundation degree.
Jenni Robinson - Foxes Den Supervisor
Jenni has worked with the management team since the decision was made to provide out of school care at Foxes Den. Having completed an honours degree in History and Early Childhood Studies, she has always been keen to work with Children. Jenni will tell you that for her Foxes Den is a lifestyle choice and not a job, she views the children who attend and her team as her extended family!
Denise Staines - Room Leader
Denise is a dedicated member of the team. She has a happy disposition and is always approachable. She makes very nice cakes (which her colleagus love!). She has a wealth of experience and loves interacting with the children. Denise is energetic and enthusiastic towards her work. Her favourite pastime is changing nappies!
